Yoga, Breath & Mindfulness Workshop with Sara
This workshop is specifically designed for you to gain simple, applicable tools and techniques to connect with your unique, authentic, creative self. The practices will include breathwork, meditation, journaling and a grounding yet, invigorating yoga asana practice. You will continue moving into the rest of the day feeling replenished and inspired! As modifications will be offered, this workshop is suitable for everyone.

Our wholesome and delicious menu by chef Allegra D'Agostini, is designed to provide you with the energy you need to fuel your creative journey and it's the perfect opportunity to meet our wonderful community! Dietary requirements can be accommodated.
Abstract Drawing Workshop with Lisa King
Following brunch, you’ll move into a workshop with artist Lisa King. Taking you through exercises she uses to unlock her own creative process, you’ll explore various techniques and mediums and leave with tools and sketches to continue your own artistic journey at home. This part of the day is for you to express yourself by creating something new, no matter if you are an experienced artist or a complete beginner!
When: Saturday 16th of November, 2024. 10.00-16.00
Where: Private house and garden in London E12 (close to Manor Park station on the Elizabeth line). Specific address will be advised upon booking.
What’s provided: Yoga mats, props and all materials for the drawing workshop
What to bring: Bring comfortable clothes for yoga, a water bottle, a notebook and if you’d like to, your own yoga mat.
Good to know: No previous experience in drawing or yoga is required, everyone is welcome!
